Sometimes it’s hard to know to help people. I stumbled across this list from Relevant Magazine and thought it had some great ideas.

Christian Hosoi was and is an ultimate skateboarding hero. Ask anyone from the 80′s and 90′s and you’d get the same response. His skate decks where under my feet in my early teenage years and I loved watching him shred in old videos (like Terror in Tahoe!). Today I got to watch his story of freedom. One word…Awesome!

My walk has been short, but the effect it’s had on “holidays” has been pretty immense. Things have changed, to say the least. The last few Advent seasons, I’ve read and re-read the account of Jesus’ birth. This morning, I started in Matthew, then Mark, but ended up being drawn to this specific verse in John….
