A Thank You Note to God

On this Thanksgiving, I am more grateful than ever.
I’m humbled by what God has done in my life. Through His grace alone, I have been changed. It’s nothing I’ve done, but only what He’s done IN me.
I’m thankful for a God who provides me with an opportunity to know Him more deeply.
I’m thankful for a God who gives me the fruits of the Spirit and let’s them grow inside me.
I’m thankful for a God who gives me a special kind of freedom that I can only find IN Him.
I’m thankful for a Heavenly Father who is with me wherever I go and whatever I do.
I’m thankful for the overflow of love that He continues to give.
Today…I give thanks to my Heavenly Father and for giving me the opportunity to know Him better.
1 Chronicles 16:34
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.

Just goes to show you we’re never too old to receive His grace and love.
I am not a religious person normaly but, when I started going throught a really rough patch in my life I prayed to God to help me through. I know that a lot of people only pray when they are in trouble but, God helped me. He answered all of my prayers. That made me realize how great and beautiful He is. I continue to thank Him for answering prayers, I also thank Him for all of the little things we have in life, and I continue to pray. I didn’t realize His love and power until now. Even if he puts obstacles in my path I understand that its so I can be a better person. He is teaching me how to fish rather than giving me one.
